Area is bright and breezy and modernly furnished. It is part of a duplex. This unit is in the front and the other unit is in the back. They each have their own private entrance and yard. The only thing that’s shared is the driveway and one wall. Guest access Guests will have own private entrance. Laundry area located outside the house, but inside the gate.
