Tiny home in Livingston

Beautifully custom built tiny house, 4 miles from downtown Livingston MT. With perfect views of Paradise Valley, Absaroka Mountain Range, and the Crazy Mountains, you'll love just lounging on the new deck, or getting cozy by the fire after a long day of adventuring in Yellowstone National Park, Fly Fishing, Hiking, Biking, or any other Montana adventure! The space Our Tiny House is situated on 220 acres, shared with full time residental home and Izaac Walton Cabin rental (air bnb rental). It comes fully featured with all the amenities to keep you comfortable while still being nearly completely off grid: fully featured kitchen, bathroom, shower, and lofted bedroom. You'll love being able to come home from a day of hiking or fishing, to just relax and watch the wildlife from the porch, or perhaps enjoy a morning coffee by the window. The tiny house was built in 2016 by Broadtail Builders, and was our full time home for almost 2 years. We truly loved our time in Tiny, but with a growing family, we decided to let others experience it's joys. It's been from Colorado, to Oregon, and now sits in the picturesque countryside of Montana. Due to the dry environment, outdoor fires, BBQ's, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Pets Allowed with additional Pet Fee. Guest access You have full access to the home, but please be courteous of neighbors and other travelers. Other things to note Bedroom is lofted with low ceiling, requires scooting or crawling on hands and knees across carpet. Bathroom Toilet has been upgraded to a standard flush toilet. We no longer use a composting toilet in the tiny house.
