This huge private bedroom suite in located on the basement level of our home. It has a newer private full bathroom next to the room, 3 beds, a couch, TV, fridge, massage chair and more. The space “The Subterranean Sleeper” – This HUGE 25’ x 14’ basement bedroom suite can be configured to accommodate up to 6 people. There's a newer queen bed (for 1 or 2), a full sized bed (for 1 or 2), a very comfy pull out queen bed (for 1 or 2) with dual mattresses and a long couch. In 2019, we added a private bathroom with shower located next to this room. The room has it's own entrance with keypad deadbolt lock. It has a portable air conditioner, fan and portable electric heater. Guests can adjust them to their comfort level. There’s a locking interior door for privacy, rubber flooring with rugs for comfort, a cedar closet, night stands with lamps and alarm clock. The room has a newer 50" flat screen smart TV with , Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Disney+, etc. facing the couch so you can relax and watch a show. It also has a mini fridge for you to keep some food & drinks in. Guest access Guests can enter through the front door using a provided keypad code or enter from the back through a private egg shell entrance and door with the same keypad code. Guests entering the front door pass through the dining area and may use this area for eating their takeout food or morning coffee. Guests may also use the back patio or yard. The kitchen or other parts of the home are not for guest use. Other things to note The home has 61 solar panels that provide all the needed electricity. We're connected to the grid and have a backup generator so there's always plenty of power. Our boiler is set up so there's plenty of hot water. The entire home has a strong Wi-Fi high speed internet connection.
