Private suite with its own sofa, bathroom and entrance. The home is located in the Gentilly area. Quick ride (12 mins) to most of the local festivals and proper locations such as Bayou St. John, City Park. Walking distance to Jazz Fest- Fairgrounds, Cruise Ships, Lake Pontchartrain, Central Bus. District, Riverwalk, French Quarters and Frenchmen St. Easy access to downtown via bus across from house. Please note: pool is open. The space The room approx. is 255 sq ft and has private access for guests with a full-size bed. There is a private shower, vanity and toilet. The suite has its own AC, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator (freeze not available) and TV. There is also great shared backyard and pool (pool is closed in the winter) where you can have your morning coffee, lay out in the sun or just relax with a cocktail before you turn in for the night. Guests can park in the front or side driveway or on the back street. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite, backyard and pool area. The pool area is shared with me. No smoking allowed inside the suite. Pool is closed from 10 p.m.-7 a.m. Other things to note The house is a few minutes from local pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, laundromat and a few fast food places.
