The space Located on the 4th floor of a historic brownstone in Boston’s charming Beacon Hill neighborhood, this professionally managed Temple Street rental is ideal for business travelers, leisure guests, and anyone visiting nearby schools or hospitals. The space offers easy access to downtown Boston and is just minutes from TD Garden, Boston Harbor, the Massachusetts State House, and world-class dining and shopping. With its central location and highly walkable surroundings, you’ll be steps away from everything the city has to offer. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and this unit is located on an upper floor. There is no on-site parking available, but we’re happy to share nearby garage recommendations if needed. Public transportation is convenient and reliable, with Park Street Station just a 10-minute walk away. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the unit. As part of Boston's housing regulations, heating in the building is provided from October 15 through May 15, and because of the building's shared heating system, all units maintain the same set temperature during that period. Guest access Each guest will have access to fresh towels and linens upon arrival, as well as basic kitchen essentials including flatware, silverware, and cooking utensils. The unit also features direct satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. Laundry is available for tenant use in the basement and is coin-operated at a cost of $2.50 per wash and dry. Please note that detergent is not provided, so guests should plan to bring their own. This is a fully keyless entry property. Guests will receive a unique building and unit access code 24 hours prior to arrival, provided all requested information has been submitted. Other things to note All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed more than 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. Approved requests will incur a fee based on the time requested. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to an additional fee depending on the time the unit is vacated. As a self-service hotel with no on-site staff, we require all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and submit valid photo identification along with a selfie for verification prior to arrival. This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please note: failure to provide a valid photo ID and matching selfie will result in denied access, and no refund will be issued. Service animals are welcome, provided proper documentation is submitted in advance. We understand guests may occasionally leave personal items behind. We hold any found belongings for 14 days. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated. If you would like your item returned, a $25 handling fee applies, in addition to a pre-paid shipping label that you must provide to ensure proper mailing and to cover staff time. What we provide: We supply all the basics to get you started: a complimentary roll of toilet paper and paper towel, travel-size dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes, a hair dryer, and fresh linens and towels. For longer stays, or if you prefer more frequent linen changes, we recommend bringing an extra set. A linen turnover service is available during your stay for a $25 fee.
