It is well appointed with private entrance and completely private suite and full bath. ID No partie Enter thru private entrance into the lovely and private guest suite. Suite is well appointed consisting of a private living room with breakfast cart (in lg closet can be rolled out). There is a microwave, mini refrigerator, pannini grill and that neat appliance that is a toaster oven, griddle and coffee maker all in one. The bedroom has a comfy queen size quality bed with many pillows, a large closet and full bathroom with shower, linen closet with towels, toiletries. Very bright, large windows with treed views. This space is very private and comfortable. WIFI, smart TV, Closets and bedroom set with ample drawer space for short or longer stays. Every guest review reports the space is super clean and it is! Guests are welcome to use the back porch (weather permitting). We offer plenty of free, off-street parking. As described above, the entire suite is for your privacy for the length of your visit. There is a private entry from outside into the suite. Free parking on premises. Train and Uber if no vehicle. 1.8 miles to Little Silver or Red Bank train stations. If you need suggestions for anything, please do not hesitate to ask. Tinton Falls is a "bedroom community" surrounded by towns with so many activities for personal and business. Right now there are weddings, class reunions, banquets and business groupings in all the area hotels, banquet halls, to name a few. There are theaters, venues with live entertainment ie. The Count Basie Theater and Two RiverTheater right next door in Red Bank, which feature many productions and activities. Many, Many restaurants are back! Convenient to local attractions, both Little Silver and Red Bank train stations, 10 minutes to beach, malls, racetrack, NJ Hwy rte18, 35, and Garden State Parkway. Location is close to intersection of Sycamore/Shrewsbury Avenues. Its recommended that you have a car to get around. If not, Uber or Lyft are good alternatives. We will gladly accept a reservation only after reading good reviews . If you are a member for some time and have no reviews for me to read, I wonder why. I also approve a reservation based on fact that a government identification and "selfy" has been submitted to Airbnb according to their instructions and I will ask to photo your government ID upon your arrival, as would any hotel or B&B. You must be at least 28 years old and both you any your guest must be Non-smoker. Absolutely NO SMOKING IN AIRBNB and property. We have plenty of off-street free parking. Prices are set for 1 person & will be adjusted when you adjust for 2 people.. If one of you staying less than full term, make reservation for 2 people. No switching people for length of stay please.
