A rare find in this neighborhood. We are empty nesters. Close to everything and yet you feel like you in the country. Home is updated and maintains the charm of being built in 1890. This room occupies the entire the top floor of the house and is very large with vaulted ceilings. Tons light pours in from all 4 sides. It has a large en suite bath with oversized Jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks and stall shower. You have your own mini-fridge and microwave, Keirug coffee/tea maker, electric tea pot, 2 desks and a high quality flat screen TV. There are 4 closets with tons of storage. Your room will be professionally cleaned every 2 weeks which includes cleaning your bathroom, changing your sheets, dusting, vacuuming and washing the floors. We provide the majority of house hold items you need. Includes use of in home washer/dryer and all the detergents. Guests describe our home as being very comfortable and extremely convenient. House has central air conditioning. The master is more like a suite located on the top floor. Guest access Guest are welcome to use brand new in home washing machine & dryer. We provide laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover etc. There are several outdoor areas that are furnished that you are welcome to enjoy. During your stay Available to offer any and all assistance whenever possible. Other things to note We have 2 cats. One is friendly but not overbearing, the other is afraid of her own shadow. We don't like to create a bunch of rules. We do expect all of our guests to be courteous to one another. We have always attracted a wonderful group of people. Some interact with one another, others enjoy their privacy. Either way, this is a very safe, warm environment and within reason, we are happy to accommodate our guests.
