Beach Cottage Long Term Rental - 32 Night Min.

Romantic Beach cottage built in 2017 on the beach of Ocean Grove in Swansea Mass on Mount Hope Bay with breathtaking panoramic balcony views. The beach is a 1 minute walk out back door. Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub which is filled on every use and provides an automatic air drying purge for hygiene. Flip the wall flat screen toward the tub and relax. NON SMOKERS ONLY The space Take walks on the beach, check out the sand bars, go for a swim along the newly restored beach. Swim and paddle board at peace, there are no sharks in Mount Hope Bay but we recommend wearing something on feet when in the water. The master bedroom balcony looks south up 7 miles of open Mount Hope Bay usually allowing perfect views of sunrise and sunsets. Also in the Master Bedroom is the deep 2 person aromatherapy air tub for relaxation. The master bathroom has a spacious 2 person walk in custom shower with flexible shower heads. The 2 paddle boards and various sized life jackets are available for experienced swimmers to paddle the bay and upper river. All your cooking needs are in kitchen and the gas grill is off the back door. The beach has Life Guards on duty in Summer months. The cottage is in a safe quiet easy to get too location with no traffic. It is very peaceful. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. We ask to please respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood. 2. If complaints are made due to obnoxious noise, a party or just rudeness to the neighborhood, we reserve the right to terminate the stay on the spot with no refund. 3. Two adults maximum, 4 person single family maximum unless other terms are pre-approved. If more occupants than reserved for are at the home, we reserve right to terminate stay. 4. Off street parking is for 2 vehicles maximum on the premises. There is NO on street parking available. This is strictly enforced and more then two vehicles will be ticketed and/or towed. 5. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. THE COTTAGE including the GROUNDS are FOR NON SMOKING GUESTS ONLY, SORRY. If violated anywhere on grounds you agree a smokers restoration fee of $5,000 is charged if our professional cleaning service company determines smoking occurred and a restoration is required. 6. The entire house is available as a single family home by a single related family. This house is not rented out to numerous unrelated parties with the intent to meet, hold business meetings and/or host party’s. It is NOT a bed and breakfast and the cottage is all yours. 7. This Cottage is NOT a boarding room house or temporary living quarters it is intended to be used as a single family residence only. 8. This house CANNOT be sublet to others. The person renting the home has to be present and is responsible for all actions. We require all guest names and ages on booking. 9. The cottage is a 2 story and all bedrooms are on 2nd floor. There are 15 stairs. If a person in your party cannot do stairs/has disabilities it is not a good fit. 10. You agree to all posted conditions set forth on arrival. 11. Ok we cleared the air have a blast! Guest access Door has a personal keypad entry for each guests. We enjoy and try to meet our airbnb friends when we can. Other things to note CLEANING TO ALL OUR GUESTS - OUR HOME HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. If your profile does not include your picture, your real name ( no businesses) and city/town when you book we will decline the booking. CLAIMING NUMBER OF GUESTS If you come and invite more persons then you claimed without prior approval we reserve the right to terminate the stay with no refund. Reservations for others in not allowed. You agree when you book if you violate this provision the termination can be instant by us. We will not let the neighborhood be compromised by disrespectful guests inviting numerous people to the property. Please be very specific of the number of occupants when renting. The house is not set up for toddlers under 3. The property is not set up for large gatherings but if you are visiting and local relatives are in the area, a simple message to us on the number of family members would be appreciated. There is no parking available except for two vehicles in driveway. The policy of disclosing occupants provides us and our neighborhood relatives and friends a comfort knowing it is used by a small family like ours and our relatives and our guests do not disturb the peacefulness and tranquility of the neighborhood. So far our guests have been 100% wonderful. We obviously want to keep it that way. We do live in this home too. DOOR LOCK And ENTRY The individual door lock keypad code is changed for each occupants stay for your security and will be given between 11-3 on your first day. The video ring doorbell can assist us with your entry if you need assistance. HELP We always have someone within 10 min away if any issue arises.
