Quiet, Comfortable Basement all to Yourself

Private keypad entrance to a spacious room with your own bathroom and shower. You'll have access to our basement, which includes a soft bed, TV and DVD/Blu-ray player with Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, and Hulu. Washer and dryer are available if needed. We are less than 30 minutes from the airport and about 1 minute from the bike trails in Ankeny. It's the perfect location to get wherever you're going, and quiet enough to get the rest you need. During your stay Keenan and I live upstairs but like to give guests as much privacy as possible. We are always available via text/Airbnb message to answer any questions you may have. and will always do our best to make you feel comfortable and welcome in our home. Other things to note We have a dog and a cat that we try to keep upstairs, but they may wander down every once in a while.
