Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment in New Jersey, just 20 minutes by bus from midtown Manhattan. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house, half a block from a boulevard facing Manhattan, with all the transportation to the city Note that there are 34 stair steps involved. The space The unit is on the 2nd floor of a house. There are 17 steps (with a rest) to get to the main door. While inside, there are 13 extra steps to reach the 2nd floor. The unit is approximately 750sqf, including 3 bedrooms (Master with King bed, Second with Queen bed and Third with Twin bed, one bathroom, central living room (with a Queen sofa bed) and an eat-in kitchen. Bedrooms have big closets and lights throughout. All rooms have ample windows facing the front street (Master and 3rd bedrooms), the back garden (2nd Bedrooms and Kitchen) and the sides of the house (Living Room and Bathroom). Unit has a big plasma TV in living room with Cable and Netflix, WiFi (inside and outside the house) and dishwasher. There is no washer/dryer in unit, but there is a laundrymat around the corner The Master bedroom (11x13) has a KING size bed and faces the front, with windows, and a big closet The 2nd Bedroom (13x8) has a QUEEN size bed and faces the back garden, with windows, and a big closet The 3rd Bedroom (10x7) has a TWIN Bed, and is accesible ONLY through the Master bedroom. It faces the front street with a window, and a closet   The Living Room (15x11) has a QUEEN Size Sofa Bed and 2 individual sofas. It has a big plasma TV with Cable and WiFi The eat-in Kitchen (13x10) has stainless steel appliances (gas range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, regular coffee machine and electric kettle) and has a dining table.  It has cutlery and all basic pans and pots for cooking. Check-in is remote (keys will be in a lockbox outside the house). Unit's door has Keypad entry code.   The apartment is also ideal for long term furnished rentals. The unit has NO private parking spot.  You can street park, by need to buy a Resident Parking permit, which costs $4 per day and could be purchased at a vending machine at 224 60th street (near Fillmore). You can also purchase weekly passes at $15 or monthly passes at $50, but doing it through me in advance.   Note 1: if your intention is to just visit Manhattan, the best option is to use public bus commute (lots of bus lines running every 5 minutes until 1am and just $3.5 each way). Note 2: Buses to Manhattan are NOT part of the Metrocard system of subway/bus in Manhattan. Guest access Remote access, with access keys in lockbox outside the house. The unit has also a KeyPad entry lock. Other things to note The apt has AC in the three bedrooms and central heating during winter
