Located on a quiet, dead end street that overlooks Lewis Pond, just 1.5 miles from one of Yarmouth's beautiful family beaches. Nearby restaurants, shopping and activities are perfect for families. The bright, clean interior offers a full service kitchen, a large gas grill, outdoor patio set, yard games, outside shower, and fire pit in the spacious, fenced in backyard. Special amenities include beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella, and wagon. Our kitchen includes a service for 8 people and a great assortment of pots, pans, oven wear, cooking utensils, grilling tools, as well as a Keurig Coffee maker, toaster, popcorn maker, microwave, gas stove, and dishwasher. To make your stay more comfortable you will also find air conditioning units in each bedroom, a washer/dryer, and the Internet to stream your subscriptions. Just incase you need them, we have supplied some board games, beach reads, cards and puzzles to enjoy. We also supply beach gear that includes beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys and even a little red wagon. Our 3 bedroom home offers a queen bedi n the master, a double/full, and a twin in the second bedroom and a twin in the third. Each bed has bed pillows and bedspreads. The master bedroom is spacious enough for a portable crib (not included) to be set up. Six sets of plush bath towels and beach towels are supplied, along with a starter set of paper products. Guests must supply their own sheets, blankets, food and toiletries. Our guests have access to the entire house, yard, outdoor shed and a private driveway with ample private parking. We live locally and take care of our property ourselves. We are available for questions if they arise. This quiet area is great for walking or bike riding to the beach. Once you arrive at our home you will see we have compiled a complete booklet full of attractions, brochures, menus and other information that will be helpful in navigating the vast amount of activities available to you during your stay. Our home is especially ideal for families because whether it is fabulous restaurants, beautiful beaches, town parks, playgrounds and bike paths or shopping you have in mind it is all available under two miles away. Of course we can't forget the special attractions like the Whydah Pirate Museum, adventure mini golf courses, the Inflatable Park, and Sports World within the same distance. Perhaps a whale watch, a water cruise, a sport fishing trip, parasailing, paddle boarding or kayaking is more for you. Well, its right near by. If you are looking to adventure outside of our immediate area you can visit exciting places all the way from the tip of Cape Cod, as you climb the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown for breath taking views, the pristine National Seashore and Visitors Center, Marconi Station, or even a Lighthouse tour. It is important to note that we are under 4 miles from the Island Ferry Terminal which can bring you to visit Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We are also under 4 miles from The Transportation Center in Hyannis which offers train and bus transportation. The Hyannis Airport is also under 4 miles away. We have totally refreshed and renewed this home. We are proud to have created a charming and welcoming vacation spot. Our goal is to provide all the comforts of home along with a few special touches and surprises. Please keep in mind guests will need to supply your own personal toiletries, laundry detergent and food. We do supply a starter set of paper products however it is not intended to carry our guests through the entire week. guests must bring sheets and blankets. Please be aware there is a short-term lodging tax for both MA and Yarmouth. This tax is broken down as follows: MA State tax 5.7%, Town of Yarmouth tax 6%, wastewater tax 2.75%.
