This apartment is 11 miles to downtown Boston, just under 9 miles to Logan airport & 4 miles to Downtown Salem. There is plenty of on-street parking with a short walk to the Bus & Commuter rail with service to Boston & Salem. Located near downtown Lynn with many great local bars, restaurants walking distance & less than a mile to Lynn Beach. Towns nearby are Peabody, Revere, Saugus and Swampscott. The space A recently updated well appointed 1st level apartment located in a 3 family home that offers all the amenities, privacy and comfort of a home. Guest access Guest have full access to everything in the apartment, as well as the backyard that includes a swing chair, fire pit and grill. Room 1 has a Queen Size bed and both the bedroom and living room have a TV with streaming service Paramount+ starting May 11, 2024 with access to movies and live sports. In addition, there is a Sofa bed that is available for bigger groups as well as many amenities and comforts. Other things to note This is a 3 family home that consist of three airbnb's. older home so could be potential for some noise, anything excessive from other guest reach out to me. There is no parking in front of the building included with this listing just street parking up the hill to the left of which there is plenty of. There is no residential parking in the area just don't park infront of peoples driveways. During the snow season which ranges from end of December to early April there are possibilities for snow storms. Since only street parking is included for this listing you will have to move you vehicle other locations which can vary from 6 to 12 minutes away during snow storms as well as shoveling your own vehicle, shovels will be available. As would be expected with any cities that may be near the airport.
