We are hosting a 340 sqft studio apartment in a single family home. You enter trough a shared hallway and entry door (shared with another Airbnb guest) in the back of the house. Private parking available on the property. The unit features a kitchenette w induction plates, dining area, sofa and streaming TV (no cable). Queen bed, extra linen, drawer and cloth rack. Your own bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels are provided. New AC w remote. No laundry on side. No smoking on property. The space Parking on the property. Other things to note No smoking in unit and no smoking on whole property. We can put iron and ironing board in unit if needed. There is no linen or towel service (also not for longer stays)
