Smack dab between Harvard + Porter!

The room has a full bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night. The space This owner-occupied Victorian duplex is on a quiet, leafy, safe street, a short 3 blocks from bustling Massachusetts Avenue: a 10 minute walk to Harvard Square and 5 minutes to Porter Square. Open, modern kitchen, leafy fenced-in yard, washer/dryer, wifi. An iron and ironing board are available. I provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, first aid kit and other essentials. PLEASE NOTE: the bedrooms are 29 stairs up 2 uncarpeted staircases which can be slippery in socks. Please consider bringing flip flops or slippers (bare feet are fine!) Guest access The kitchen may be used for breakfast preparation only. I provide breakfast food for my guests including cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, teas. There is a washer/dryer in the basement. There is a shady back yard with brick patio, table and chairs. During your stay I make every effort to be here when you arrive to greet you and show you the house so you feel comfortable and safe. I'm happy to provide information on the area and give advice on directions to places of interest. Other things to note I ask guests to remove outside footwear in the house.
