(Use Kayaks at your own risk, Lifejackets are provided) The space Pelican Place is only 30 miles from Shreveport which is home to shopping, dining and Casino's on the Red River. The Town of Jefferson Tx is only 25 miles away and offers dining, unique shopping and many festivals. Caddo Lake State park is also near by with hiking, boat & kayak rentals along with boat tours, fine dining and beautiful views. New Fiber Internet provides excellent service at Pelican Place! Boating, Fishing, Kayaking/Canoeing, and Photography are great activities at Pelican Place on Caddo Lake but No Swimming is allowed. The area is not suitiable for swimming. Boating, Fishing, Kayaking/Canoeing, and Photography are great activities at Pelican Place on Caddo Lake but No Swimming is allowed. The area is not suitiable for swimming. Kayaks are provided but Use at Your Own Risk and Life jackets are provided for your use as well. There is a Charcoal BBQ grill on site and the kitchen should have everything you need for cooking. Also, please be respectful of the neighbors and only use the property directly behind Pelican Place that includes the concrete boat ramp and the waterfront area to the North of the concrete ramp.
