You have a private deck in the front of the cottage that is yours. The cottage sits upon our property and we are available as needed but will not be in your way. Always available by text or phone call. The cottage is close to Wilbraham Monson Academy and downtown Wilbraham. The village cafe has great breakfast/lunch and coffee and Is about a 2 minute walk. Rices Fruit Farm is about 1.5 miles away and has some great bagels, breakfast sandwiches and ice cream. 10 Minutes to Western New England University and 18 Minutes to Mercy Hospital. You will have you own driveway with free parking for 2 cars.
