Nestled in quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous outdoor kitchen and a distant view of Mt Greylock, large yard, front and back porches for sitting, off street parking for 2 cars and....Only 4/10 mile to Mass MoCA! Come home after a fun filled day and enjoy a glass of wine by the fire! This is a two family home, with owner occupying the first floor, that being said there are stairs to climb this is the second floor apartment. There is a separate entrance with the only shared space being the lower front porch. The space has 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds and large closets for your belongings, one full bathroom with tub, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are two covered porches, one at the back of the house and one on the front (balcony) for sitting if you'd like. Also available for your use is the outdoor kitchen equipped with grill, refrigerator and fire pit. Being on the same property we will run into each other but I do want you to be able to relax and enjoy the home and amenities as well, please don't be shy to use them! As our guests you have use of outdoor kitchen first during your stay. I will be available to answer any questions or give suggestions on things to do during your visit. Walking distance to beautiful downtown North Adams, outdoor Farmer's Market, Heritage State Park, restaurants and more! Only a short drive to Mount Greylock, the highest point in Massachusetts. Access to many hiking trails, including the Appalachian Trail, Natural Bridge State Park and Cascade Falls. Ten minute drive to Williams College, Clark Art Institute and Williamstown Theater Festival. Entry to home is key less, will be given a code a couple days before arrival.
