Berkshires Lakefront Gem!

The perfect getaway for people who want to unwind from the grind of everyday life. Little Robin Lake is located right in the backyard! Swim, kayak or canoe directly from the private beach and dock. Hiking, dining and all the culture that the Berkshires has to offer are nearby. Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Lee Premium Outlets and many unique restaurants are in close proximity. Sherwood Shoppe is a friendly country store in our neighborhood. Not suitable for children under the age of 10. The space This is a private, cozy, year-round lake house. It has an upper screened in porch, and lower brick patio with large grill. The home has an open concept living room/kitchen area with 2 sliding glass doors leading to the porch. Each room has a TV and there is fiber optic WiFi throughout the house, reaching the outside areas. There is a comfortable finished room in the lower level, with a work space and a walkout to the lower deck and lake. Outdoor and indoor games are available, such as cornhole, Kan Jam, monopoly, checkers, and chess. The home is located on a freshwater lake with a floating dock. A canoe and kayak are available for your use with paddles and life vests. A dip in the lake, right from the backyard or dock, is incredibly refreshing. We have plenty of noodles to float with and chairs to sit on! Watch the sunset from the dock or from our swinging chair for two. You'll find that everything you need is here! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except for the garage and partial basement, which we use for storage. Other things to note 1) Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty; swimming and boating are at your own risk. Do not dive off of dock as it is only 4 feet deep at that point. Life jackets are available along with a lifebuoy and rope. 2) Please use Fire Logs only (such as Duraflame) in the fireplace. You can bring your own Fire Logs or can purchase logs from us for $10 each. 3) Please take all bottles, cans and recyclables with you upon your departure. 4) Additional visitors (ie. family, friends) to the house, even temporarily, aren't allowed. We have had unfortunate incidents with guests taking advantage and "temporary visitors" managed to sleep over.
