The space This beach rancher's spacious open living room connects to the eat-in kitchen with newer appliances and cabinets. A sliding door from kitchen opens to the deck in the private rear yard. There is a high-end electric fireplace with large TV and very comfortable new leather reclining sectional in the living room. The living room space and kitchen offer plenty of room to relax after a day of shore fun. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features all new appliances. There is an exquisite peninsula with granite countertop and bar area, with additional seating for dining or drinks. A newer queen-size bed in master bedroom; a newer full size bed and one twin (new bunk bed) in the second bedroom, and full bathroom with tub/shower complete this modern and comfy rancher! An outdoor shower, deck with chairs/loungers, and a Weber BBQ grill are included in private rear yard (warm months only). Two pool passes are provided to use the local community pool which is 0.7 miles from this house. The Olympic outdoor pool is available from late-June to Labor Day, but subject to weather and other factors. Additional passes for guests are available at pool for only $5pp/day. Level 1 & 2 (NEMA 6-20) Electric Vehicle outdoor charging outlets are available at the driveway (bring your own connector cable). (Garage is not included or accessible to Guest.) Guest access Digital door lock so no keys! Parking for one vehicle in driveway, and on-street parking is available for several cars. (Garage is not included or accessible to Guest.) Walk, ride or drive 1/2 mile (6 blocks) to nearest beach. Other things to note This family neighborhood and house are ideal for families or mature adults (>25 yrs old). Teen, prom, graduation or other younger-aged groups will not be booked, or would be evicted without refund upon discovery. A US state government-issued ID will be required to book unless you have a clear history of previous Airbnb reservations without incident. Third-party and sub-let bookings are now allowed.
