Sleeping arrangements This one-bedroom condo accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and includes one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space, best suited for children or occasional use. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. Living space The open layout connects the living area and kitchen, creating a comfortable place to unwind. A window AC unit helps keep the space cool, while the TV, WiFi, and Ethernet connection support both relaxation and remote work. Storage includes a closet, dresser, and hangers for longer stays. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with appliances and space to prepare meals at home. Other things to note ✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR) The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026. Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include: • A large heated swimming pool • Three brand-new hot tubs • A brand-new sauna • All new loungers and daybeds • Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating • A children’s playground • A full tennis and play court Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays. PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE MAY 15, 2026: The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present.
