The space 1) House & Layout This is a two-floor duplex with three private bedrooms and one shared bathroom. - Your private room is on the 3rd floor - Shared kitchen on the 4th floor - Shared bathroom on the 3rd floor, shared among 3 guests - Two other guest rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floor. - No living room or common lounge area The layout is tight and vertical, which is typical for Beacon Hill townhouses. 2) Stairs & Accessibility (Important) This is a historic Beacon Hill townhouse with narrow staircases, typical of older Boston homes. Carrying large or heavy suitcases upstairs could be challenging. While this has not been an issue for us or prior guests, this home may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. 3) Apartment Condition This is an older, lived-in home, not a modern or renovated apartment. Everything is functional and suitable for a comfortable stay, but please book with realistic expectations. Pricing reflects the age and condition of the house.
