Stay at the Islander's Ocean View! This legal vacation rental condo, only 2 blocks from the beach, is the perfect way to enjoy Hawaii. Centrally located in famous Waikiki Beach! This unit is not in a Hotel. It is in a 12-story building built in the 1970s. Although the unit was renovated in 2019, the building and unit are older. We just want to make sure people understand what they are booking. Entire unit to yourself. Read about paid parking options under "Other things to note". Aloha! The space PARKING - It's hard to find good parking around Waikiki, most hotels charge $40+/day to park. Fortunately there is a parking lot available for a fee in the basement of our building: $4 for 1 hour, $30 for 24 hours. Please note the lot has limited spots and does fill up on occasion. There are about 20 parking spots on site. It is easiest to get a spot under the building if you arrive before 6pm! There is also a parking structure nearby called the Waikiki Banyan Public Parking structure (approx 1.5 blocks East -$50/night) Another potential lot nearby is under 2450 Prince Edward St - $30 for 24/hrs In addition, there is a bus stop in front of our building, moped/car rentals located inside the building, and UBER and LYFT. We are on the 9th floor of a 12 story building Other things to note Enjoy your own private condo with ocean-view lanai, queen-size bed, pink couch, kitchenette, bathroom and beach gear! Laundromat is a 3 minute walk from the building Steps away from the ocean. The inside of the unit is 256sq ft and the lanai is 44sq ft Our 12-story building has both residential and vacation rental units and is located only 2 blocks from the beach! We love our home and worked really hard on it, we want you to enjoy yourself but please be respectful and treat it like you would your own home!
