Bedroom #2, located on the 3rd floor, has a queen side bed to accommodate 2 guests. ($45 for the first guest and $35 for one additional guest) We have one security camera located in the living room/kitchen area, one facing the garage, one facing the private parking, and one facing the main front entry. They will all be on during your stay. NO SHOES INSIDE OF THE UNIT! IMPORTANT: UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! The space I provide toiletries to every guest. I provide water, coffee (Keurig machine), tea to every guest. Microwave, stove and refrigerator are available for access. Blow dryer and ironing board are available to use. For your safety, the premises are secured by surveillance cameras. Shared bathroom. There is one camera located in the common area and at the main entrance. Guest access Street parking only. During your stay I like giving guests their space but I am always available for a chat as well getting to know the guest. Other things to note Any items missing guest will he charged. There is a gas station, fast food restaurants, 7 eleven and Dunkin donut within walking vicinity.
