Located near shopping and restaurants, the Maui Kai is a small jewel amongst the larger properties which face the beach in the neighborhood. A fifteen minute drive takes one into Lahaina town, the former capital of the Hawaiian Islands, and at one time considered the whaling capital of the Pacific, during the nineteenth century when whaling was a legal endeavor. Now it presents our visitors with shopping, excellent restaurants and art galleries to enjoy. The light and airy quality of 604 cannot be over stated.
