The space This is a downstairs apartment with completely separate entrance, separate floor, separate laundry room, separate lanai and lounging area, and separate parking area. There are no shared common spaces in the home or on the grounds. The ceiling has recently been remodeled and maximum soundproofing installed in the ceilings to minimize sounds from upstairs guests. At times I or my guests may be staying upstairs. Any upstairs guests have signage prominently displayed to respect quiet hours 9pm to 7am and to respect downstairs guests. Soundproofing has recently been installed in the ceiling. Guest access This is a downstairs apartment with completely separate entrance, separate floor, separate laundry room, separate lanai and lounging area, and separate parking area.
