Our 'Ohana Guesthouse' provides a serene and comfortable stay in natural setting. Watch the sunrise from your bed. Experience meteor showers, whales, expansive ocean views, lovely farm animals, waterfall adventures & picking fruits from trees when you see them. You can also purchase eggs, honey & coffee from the farm. Restaurant, Bar & Live Music just down the road! The space Welcome to Hamakua Sunrise Farm - A small 10 acre farmstead putting regenerative farming practices & eco-tourism together to encourage people to get back in touch with their roots and sources of sustenance. We run 50% off of solar power & 100% rainwater catchment. Here, you will find plants, animals & humans striving for balance and harmony. I love plants! So expect to be surrounded by them :) ☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎ THE OHANA GUESTHOUSE This gorgeous guesthouse with a panoramic ocean & sunrise view has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The main room has a Cal King sized bed and a cozy little sitting space that faces the ocean so you can enjoy ocean views from your bed or couch. The couch also turns into a queen sized bed if needed. The TV has Roku and you can log into tv and watch TV on days you'd like to take it slow. The kitchen is fully equipped for enjoying home cooked meals. There's a fridge, microwave & a coffee machine as well. Bathroom comes fully stocked with body wash, shampoo & towels. ☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎☀︎ THINGS TO DO - Use the whale watching deck & loungers to watch sunrise from, practice yoga or spot the whales. - Purchase farm fresh eggs, homegrown coffee & locally sourced Hamakua Honey & natural souvenirs. - Barbecue grill is also available upon request but you must bring your own charcoal. - Night Sky is one of the most mesmerizing experiences on the farm. 100s of shooting stars and interesting sky activity. Watch out for the Saucers! - Hangout with our chickens, cows & ducks, feed them your left overs & participate in recycling left overs for eggs :) - Take a Walk around the farm. - Explore local waterfalls Papaaloa Country Store Cafe & Bar just down the road is great place to get supplies, hot food & live music. For more social media @hamakuasunrise Guest access Guests have access to the whole 10 acre farm, our whale watching deck and washer/dryer at the back of house(for a fee). Access to the farm is not exclusive to the guests. Owners live on the farm too and you might see them around working.
