It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, parking, a W/D, and A/C unit in the living room to keep you cool. The living room has a view of the pool, and you'll have access to WiFi, TV, a private lanai, a recreation room + BBQ area. Located near the Kapa'a ocean bike path & Waipouli beach! The size of the condo is 600 sq ft and is located on a 2nd-floor walk-up (no elevator). You have access to 2 pools, rec room, plus BBQ grills! We also have beach gear for you! Feel free to contact us at any time! Papaya health food store is a walk away plus a lot of great restaurants and shopping including Safeway, Starbucks and Ross! You can easily be in this area without a car. Everything you need is walkable, but a car is recommended to see the whole island! A/C UNIT: Stay cool. We have a single split unit located in the living room. BEACH STUFF! We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella & towels. DISTANCE TO GROCERY STORES, POST OFFICE, COFFEE & SHOPS: 2 minutes away. You can walk right across the street! DISTANCE TO NORTH/SOUTH SHORE: It depends on traffic. It can take anywhere from 35-60 minutes depending on where you go to either shore. It's best to use an app to estimate your ETA and head out early if you're heading south. ACTIVITY: This is a very active area. It is a convenient location with walking access to restaurants and shops. It is busy during the day. NOISE LEVEL: The unit itself is fairly quiet for being in a central location, but if you are sensitive to sounds, it may not be ideal for you. You may hear people above you and outside. Also, there are roosters all over the island. PLACES TO SEE: Waimea canyon, Poipu beach, Ke'e beach, Hanalei Bay, Na Pali coast, Kalalau Trail, Anini, Koke'e, Kilauea. TAXES: All reservation stays are subject to Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) 10.25% Kaua’i Transient Accommodation Tax (KTAT) 3% and General Excise Tax (GET) Tax 4.712%.
