Waikoloa Village has a quiet small town feel. The weather here is beautiful and sunny most days of the year. We are central to many areas on the island as well as close to the resorts and golf courses. We are also just 10 minutes away from some of the top rated white sand beaches in the State. Car is definitely the transportation of choice. The island is called “The Big Island” for a reason as we are the biggest island in the State.
