The space Aloha! The whole place is for you only. You will not share any of it. It is private. With 2 full bathrooms, you'll appreciate the convenience of your family getting ready at the same time. Guest access The whole Garden home is available to you only. None of it is shared. You have your own driveway and parking leading to your home as well. We are thrilled that you are here and we offer you a warm welcome. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: (A) Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. (B) Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area. (C) Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. (D) The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes. _____________________ Stove and water heater is run by propane. We always make sure that your propane is full on your arrival and enough for your stay. There is a space heater to use it in bedroom or living room for cold nights Senior and kid friendly ( but not a childproofed) . Children must be supervised. We have a crib available upon request. *No pets allowed. We will also provide flashlights for those who like to do night hikes and umbrellas for rainy days. This side of the island gets a decent amount of rainfall or scattered showers throughout the day that makes this place stay lush and green. Pack a light jacket. **Dehumidifier is available for use. ***We have switched to Quantum Disinfection Technology for our rain water catchment this February 2020. This uses no chemicals, kills microorganisms better than UV light. Because of this technology, we will be able to provide cleaner water for all the guests. Use it with lots of Aloha and respect.
