Located on the cool & desirable Windward side of the island with the closest access to the top attractions for active guests. Covered parking off the street-smaller vehicles only. Stairs down to lower level doorway&dock on the bay. Serene&quiet place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wake up to views across Kaneohe Bay from Gilligan's Island to Kualoa. Gazebo & water toys here for outdoor fun. Kayaks&SUP Board usage available. Beach chairs, towels, & more for nearby Kailua Beach The space This is a wonderful place to make your home-base while fully experiencing all this island has to offer & enjoy rest at the end of the day or enjoy the water & peace & quiet. We both work flexible hours, so one of us are usually available if needed. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals & a grill is also available overlooking the water. If you are looking for adventures, we have the long-term-resident insiders information & direction. We NEVER tire of the beauty here & we are always enthused to show others all the hidden wonders of this island paradise. We can also direct you to little-known restaurants, shopping, and other tourist attractions. Variability in length of stay will be considered. Guest access The yard, gazebo, dock, & carport are shared areas with us only - We respect the privacy of guests & you will have priority most times in this regard. Your front porch & washer/dryer are dedicated to guests only. Other things to note Guests should be aware that outdoor stairs lead to the studio apartment from carport & require reasonable fitness & a stable gait. Parking & entering Kaneohe Bay Drive may seem challenging for some due to carports close proximity to the road. Friendly 5lb Maltese & Poodle are on property, no other animals are allowed on site.
