There is a big backyard with large deck and oversized outdoor shower with public pond access down the street - great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Perfect space for large families and entertaining. The space Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2) with full ensuite bathroom. Located on level 1. Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2). Located on level 2. Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2). Located on level 2. Bedroom 4: Queen bed. 2 twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 6). Located on level 1. Bathroom 1: Full bath with shower. Located on level 1 in master bedroom. Bathroom 2: Full bath with tub/shower. Located on level 2. Bathroom 3: Full bath with shower. Located on level 1. Large deck/patio overlooking pond in the distance. The deck has plenty of seating for the whole family and is great for family gatherings. The patio has a grill, patio table and chairs. Perfect area for family BBQ. There is a huge sunroom with 55” TV, couch, sofa and foosball table. There are also board games available. This room is ideal for family entertaining to kick back and relax. The horseshoe driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Guest access Guests have full access to whole house (except basement) during their stay. Other things to note Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for guest use. Basic essentials such as toilet tissues, paper towel, dish detergent are also provided to get you started with your stay! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and kitchenware to make delicious meals. There is public access to sand bottom pond. Although you may be able to see the pond behind the house, there is no direct access to pond but it is very close by (50 yards). Perfect for swimming or non-motorized activities such as kayaking or paddle boarding. Kayaks, paddle board and life vests are provided for guests use. Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket is a ferry away at the neighboring town of Falmouth, which is about 30-min drive from house.
