You are just a few blocks from the quaint, old fashioned Main Avenue, the hub of Clear Lake. Antiquing, restaurants, coffee shops and many other venues await. At the end of Main is the town square and band shell where many weekend activities take place, right across from the lake. You will have your own apartment in a four-plex. This is a residential area which has minimal traffic, very peaceful surroundings. Available upon advanced notice. We do not live in Clear Lake. Quite residential area, 1/2 block from South Shore Drive which wraps around most of the east, south and north portions of the lake. Walking and biking is right there for the partaking in. You can walk to shops and a grocery store just a few blocks away. Public parking is free and available first come. Our apartment is in a 4 unit building. One of the apartments are rented to local folks. The central lower hallway has a FREE washer and dryer for your convenience as needed. Laundry detergent is in the linen closet for your use. This is a smoke free building, please be courteous of our tenants and other guests.
