Quiet residential neighborhood w/ pleasant tree-lined streets. Easy walking distance to modestly-priced restaurants, stores, and amenities on the town's 'main street'. Room is 16 x 12 (N/S x E/W). Windows facing South and West. Door @ North. Large walk-in closet @ South. Outlets and power: adequate (power bars, as well). Desk & chair. Large dresser drawers. Bookshelf. Lamps. Other furniture & accessories available. Good light & ventilation. Bathroom (shared w/ other guest) just outside room. Guest access Reasonable usage of living room w/ fireplace, TV room, and kitchen. Washer and Dryer in basement. During your stay "Interaction with guests" is a bit-of-both (socialization & privacy) Good knowledge of surrounding areas and NYC Other things to note I have house pets: Well-behaved but curious & friendly cats.
