Bed in basement rec room.

Single bed in the basement rec/guest room. This is in the house I live in which means I will be around most of the time and we share the one bathroom and kitchen. I love having a guest for a few days, but sometimes turn down requests for longer stays. All proceeds go to charity; most to Roads to Tanzania and the Sisters water project in Central America. The space Price does NOT INCLUDE a 2nd guest. If the situation arises where you have an overnight guest, then there is an added fee, per night. Guest access Access to wifi, laundry, tv, internet, kitchen, bathroom and the deck on the backside of the house. During your stay It's up to them, I would be present most of the time, but on the main level. I stay out of the basement rec/guest room when someone is here for only a few nights. On longer stays they can expect me in that area to use the laundry Other things to note For those that book less than 24 hours in advance - your sleeping area will be prepared but the common area such as kitchen and bath may not be cleaned if I have lass than a 24 hour notice.
