Private studio in Historic 7th Ward

This bright studio, accessed by an exterior spiral staircase, is situated above an 1850's creole cottage with a large tropical garden. Located just one block off of Esplanade Ave, you can walk, bike, or bus to the French Quarter or City Park. The space The studio apartment has just been completely renovated. It sits atop a restored 1850's creole cottage (via spiral staircase). There is a comfortable double bed, a single pull-out sofa, bathroom with shower, and full kitchenette. We have a large yard, which you are welcome to enjoy. There will be coffee, a few local snacks in the kitchen (please contact me with any special requests), and a radio tuned to WWOZ, a fantastic local station. Guest access You'll have a key to the gate to get into the property and keys to the studio apartment. Feel free to enjoy the yard and garden. Come and go as you please. Other things to note If you do spend time in the yard, you will likely encounter our dog, Bird.
