As good as it gets location in Princeton - on a quiet, leafy street, yet a short walk to the historic campus, wonderful public library, public swimming pool, and internationally-acclaimed McCarter Theater. Nassau and Whiterspoon Street, with its coffee shops, farm to table restaurants, and beloved independent bookshop, is a 10 minute walk away. The house is spacious, full of light, and has a private, well-maintained garden. You can also rent a canoe or enjoy numerous hiking trails nearby. The space Recently refurbished open plan kitchen with a huge French window opening to the garden is connected with a comfortable and relaxed living and dining area (feel free to peruse our bookshelf). On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a sitting area (two rooms combined into one) overlooking the garden, and another generously sized bedroom (one or two single beds, depending on your needs), and a bathroom. The attic, which serves as a study and a guest room, can also sleep two people. It has a separate bathroom with a bath/shower and a skylight window. The third floor can get warm in the summer, but we have an additional AC unit that can be used as needed). If need be, the comfortable living room sofa can also sleep one person and there is plenty of room throughout the house for an extra mattress or two. Guest access Entire house
