Otherwise both units are separate listings with shared restroom facilities and shower unit. Each unit sleeps up to 4. This primative country haven is a great get away for some R & R!! Guests may use the back yard and lounge area provided out by the cottage and my walk around and look at the animals. Guests are NOT allowed to go into the pens or use the trampoline or hot tub. Our neighbor hood is quite and a nice place to get some R & R. We are 4.5 miles from Knoxville where you will find the Sprint Car Capital of the World with live racing most Saturday nights. Marion County Park, 20 minute drive from Lake Red Rock and just 35 mins. from the S. side of Des Moines Iowa where there is a lot of attractions and events always happening. One great one the Iowa State Fair!! Our place is 20 mins from Pella, Ia,Tulip Festival and Lake Red Rock. 35 mins from Des Moines, where there is many attractions to choose from including the Iowa State Fair. We are within a 30 mile radius of many Winery's in our area, with one only being 3 miles from us. "Near Wood Winery". Our town is the Sprint Car Capital of the World and the home of Peace Tree Brewing Company. With in 40 to 50 mins away we have the Hinterland Music Festival, and National Balloon Festival.
