LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY! The Artist's Cottage is close to FOUR beaches, restaurants, Main Street, shopping, nightlife, ferries, bus station, train station, the hospital, EVERYTHING! You’ll love it because of the artsy decor with the great layout and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Huge private OUTDOOR OASIS with two patios, a huge shaded pergola, gardens, grills, outdoor shower. Ride the bikes or walk and never drive anywhere! NEW: Barnstable Beach Parking Pass/15 different beaches! I am an arts professional and my home is decorated with that in mind. :) It is a great space for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, each with a private bathroom, cable TV, and and a separate entrance if needed. The second bedroom has a washer and dryer. The fenced in yard has two patio areas, shaded pergola, a fire pit, sun porch, greenhouse and grill. Don't leave the Cape without trying the outdoor shower! NO CONTACT ACCESS. Guests should feel right at home and have access to all areas of the house except for the storage attic. The key to the outdoor shed is in the main house and has two bicycles, beach chairs, and other fun stuff for you to enjoy. Guests will have my personal cell phone and I am available at all times for questions and concerns. I have a handyman available for household emergencies. The home is a few blocks south of Main Street in the most desirable area of Hyannis. You can walk to four different beaches, Main Street with shops and restaurants, and the bus station or ferry to the Vineyard or Nantucket. Close to the bus station, rail station, Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard ferries, and a quick Uber from Barnstable airport. Two bicycles stored in the shed with baskets big enough to go anywhere! You can easily come in from Boston either Logan Airport or South Station and get here without bringing a car. Welcome to the Cape! During the pandemic, we found the house a wonderful respite. The fenced yard, walkable neighborhood, and private cottage is the perfect place to hunker down. My personal housekeeper will practice all safety protocols to sanitize the house before your arrival. I feel confident you will not only enjoy your stay but feel safe and secure.
