The Firepit is not available to guests due to liability insurance. ***The fine for not recycling, separation of trash from recyclables and putting ALL garbage and recycling into the correct bins is $200. Don’t leave garbage outside the bins! ***The fine for leaving dirty dishes and the kitchen a mess is $200. Carpet stains, not following the house rules , any damage to property or any missing items will incur a minimum fine of $200 plus the replacement cost/repair. Clogged drains or clogged toilets will incur the plumber cost plus a $200 fine. Not abiding by the Check in or check out times will incur a $100 surcharge.
