Historic relaxing clean home for 1- 2 adults

My relaxing "home away" guest room accommodates 1-2 adults for 2 days. My house is sanitized and clean. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and ask guests to be vaccinated also. My home has AC, lovely gardens and is a quiet relaxing environment. The guest room has a luxurious pillow top queen bed that ensures a good night’s sleep! Note: I am allergic to smoke- so smoking on the premises is not allowed. No pets or kids under age 14. Masks can be worn in the house if needed. The space Relax in a historic 1880 Victorian home with carved fireplaces, mahogany pocket doors in upscale Newton Centre w 34 restaurants and cafes near Boston College. It's a 4 min walk to Green line T (commuter subway), 15 minutes to Longwood Medical area. Street parking is safe and available The large blue guest room with new Queen bed /firm mattress w pillow top will ensure a restful sleep. The room has a sunny bay window, antique dresser, desk and fireplace. The guests’ bathroom is down the hall and only for guests. It has a shower, large sink and toilet. My home is furnished with family antiques and a new, modern kitchen. It's a welcoming, tranquil spot for business and medical professionals or those just needing to relax after a day of sightseeing in Boston. A 15 minute commute to Longwood Medical area/ hospitals via Riverside Green Line D train and 20 min to Back Bay. Boston College and Chestnut Hill are 5 minutes away; 15 min to Boston University, Simmons, Northeastern, or Wellesley College for college visits. One car parking in front of house is legal 24/7.
