Guest access Guests will enter through a first floor vestibule leading to the stairwell. Please note: we are in the process of renovating the hallway; everything is in working order, it just needs some cosmetic work. Other things to note Parking is available off street adjacent to 3rd St., we just ask you to be mindful during business hours for our downstairs businesses. There are a number of spots on the street right in front of the building and these are safe.
