This house is small. Around 1300-1500 sq feet. Its a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath. Guest room and laundry are around 700 feet of it. Its an old house that has had many add ons and renovations since the 1950s. Guest room, laundry and kitchen are recently renovated. Outside of house does need paint, but its a cute and quiet place. On street parking only. Shared bathroom is small but nice. Bathroom is separate from main guest room. I have NO cable or Internet, by choice, but there over 100 DVD movies. The space This part of town is generally very quiet. Guest-room has heat and A/C shared with main house, seperate heating “cadets” to add additional heat as desired. My home is very close to the Southgate Mall, Luckys Market, Kohls, Cabelas, Rosauers, as well as numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Im about 2 minutes from the fairgrounds which features year round ice skating and hockey. Also very close within a 10 min drive, is the University of Montana. Numerous hiking and bike riding trails. Snowbowl for skiing, is about 20 mins away. Blue Mountain for sledding and dog walking is very popular. Rainbow Park, about 10 mins from here, is a huge sledding destination. Im 2 mins from one AMC theator, and 10 mins from another AMC theator. Im about dead center of town. Tons and tons to do. Breakfast is NOT provided. (Aside from Coffee and oatmeal packs.) Guest access You can access via the Alley to North, the large double doors, or via the back porch laundry entrance on South end. The back porch access is far more private, the alley entrance is nicer, and great for luggage, but not at all private. During your stay I will be available when Im here. Mostly evenings for a couple hours till appx 8:30 PM, and when Im around weekends. Other things to note Im ok with guest self check in. Ill leave keys in a drop box, with silver lid, inside fence on East entrance to property. I have no dogs, and gate opens easily with minimum effort.
