Fast wifi allows for working remotely. Less than an hour to Yellowstone Park, 45 minutes to Bridger Ski area, 20 minutes to Chico Hot Springs, 25 minutes to Bozeman. Eclectic neighborhood, guest may park on the street or in ally on the side of house. New high efficiency climate control October 2021! Open living room and dining area make it easy to visit while enjoying the view to the front of the house. The kitchen offers everything guests need to prepare a feast. Quick access to kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom from the living room. The back patio is great space to enjoy morning coffee and unwind in the afternoon - includes a table, chairs and propane grill. The back yard shares a large Lilac bush and chain link fence with the neighbor to the east and privacy fence with a gate to the ally to the west. The house was built in 1949 and has a great balance of updates as well as a lot of the original charm. The kitchen and appliances have been updated. The fireplace is original and serves as a center piece for the living and dining room area but it's non-functional. Most of the vents, hinges and exhaust fan in kitchen are original. Guest may hear an occasional squeak from the floors and doors. There is an unfinished basement and detached garage guests will have access to for gear storage. Take in the beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains as you visit breweries, coffee shops and great dining minutes away. Sacajawea park, just off the Yellowstone river, is one block away. The park has a many shaded picnic areas, tennis courts, horseshoe pits and a huge playground. 3 museums are nearby, Railroad, Yellowstone Gateway and Fly Fishers museum and learning center. A few flyshops and guides are nearby as well. Quick and easy access to home from all directions. Bike friendly area, quick walk to Sacajawea and Yellowstone river.
