Enjoy a fully stocked modern kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh local ingredients. We provide all the essentials—including towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. The space is also fitted with air conditioning for your comfort. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the condo with exception to locked cabinets. Other things to note Because we have a strict cancellation policy, we highly recommend that guests purchase Airbnb’s trip insurance at the time of booking. This provides peace of mind in case unexpected events, such as illness or travel disruptions, affect your plans. We do not offer price adjustments or refunds for sightings of insects. Parking is extremely limited and the complex only allows one stall per unit. As there is no extra parking, this listing is not suitable for guests with more than one vehicle. This is a NON SMOKING/VAPING home. Smoking of vaping of any substance indoors or on the lanais will result in automatic loss of deposit plus extra cleaning fees. Absolutely no marijuana of any form is allowed in the unit.
