High-def 42" TV with full cable lineup. Wi-fi access. All water in the suite is filtered and softened. Water fixtures were chosen to be low-use. The HVAC system is extremely energy efficient and controls both temperature and humidity - very nice in Louisiana's humid climate. All LED lighting inside and out. Plenty of outside lights for the carport, entry, and paver patio. Guest access The suite is completely private and its use is exclusive for guest. The paver patio has a bistro table and chairs for outdoor seating.
