1 bed/1bath COMPLETELY PRIVATE UNIT. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Walmart is 3 blocks away from home and several restaurants are in the area. NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS I AGREE TO AN EXTRA GUEST FOR A CHARGE. Fully equipped kitchen One bedroom with queen size bed- no TV in bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room which I will need prior notice in the event that both guests are sleeping on separate beds. Smart tv Full bathroom. I do have a laundry room in case it is needed for guests with longer stays, 4 nights or +. Security cameras around the property (outside) for safety purposes. A/C with Heater My driveway is for guests to use for parking. Contact me by message/text. Very safe, centrally located and easy to get around. A car is required to get to downtown for the history of the city and parties. This is Kenner, so I’m about 20mts to downtown. Bus stop is right out as you walk across the street, by the stop sign. Uber and lyft pop up very quickly. I’m not sure how taxis work but I’m sure you can rely on them too. Around me you will find, Burger King, Starbucks, Walmart, Home Depot, chick fil a, Dunkin’ Donuts, AT&T, Verizon, Don Jose’s for margaritas and food, Walgreens, CVS, etc. For longer stays I suggest getting a rental as uber/lyft will add up if you’re trying to cover a lot or go out for day and night fun. Rentals are very affordable of you search online. My neighbor has cats so please DO NOT feed or pet them as I am allergic and don’t want them getting used to being in the property looking to be pet or fed.
