1 bed/1bath COMPLETELY PRIVATE UNIT. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Walmart is 3 blocks away from home and several restaurants are in the area. NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS I AGREE TO AN EXTRA GUEST FOR A CHARGE. The space Fully equipped kitchen One bedroom with queen size bed- no TV in bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room which I will need prior notice in the event that both guests are sleeping on separate beds. Smart tv Full bathroom. I do have a laundry room in case it is needed for guests with longer stays, 4 nights or +. Security cameras around the property (outside) for safety purposes. A/C with Heater Guest access My driveway is for guests to use for parking. Other things to note My neighbor has cats so please DO NOT feed or pet them as I am allergic and don’t want them getting used to being in the property looking to be pet or fed.
