We have family in and out of the house and we are all very welcoming. Neighborhood is currently being built up with stores and shops. Beach access within a minute walk and boardwalk access right down the street. Festivals and farmers markets regularly and events throughout the summer months on the beach and boardwalk. Street parking is available. We are in and out of the house often so the driveway is not available to use. Bus to NYC(1 hour) and shore points stops at the end of the block. We recommend you have a car to get around. Otherwise you will be taking Ubers/Lyfts often as local public transit is limited. Free WiFi, Cable, and utilities. Private bath and shared shower.
