And a convenient 5 min walk to bike path or bus route and the 4.5 bike path surrounds! Perfect location! The space This cottage offers privacy in katama and convenience - A mile to the beach! Decorated nicely, Immaculately kept and a fully equipped kitchen. Island art abound with Laura Ashley quilts and comfy resting areas! There is a new outdoor shower near a private patio and quiet area out the back slider. The spacious living room and dining area offer lovely new furniture and a beach cottage feel. The Second floor bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable reading area also. This well appointed cottage also has everything a chef would need to create a nice meal. We'll leave homemade muffins and fruit at your request one morning for breakfast. A Beautiful spot!! Guest access There is outdoor shower and grill and nice Sitting area off back on patio. We always have flowers and a food treat Upon arrival. It's a very nice cottage, and Newly painted last year. Very comfortable, light and bright With wood beams and new furniture! Other things to note We've been told that the beautyrest Mattress is of ultra-comfort!!
