HISTORIC LOCATION The historic creole mansion known as the French Quarter Mansion was built in 1820 for Christian Rosaleus, the founder of the very prestigious Tulane University School of Law. Today it is one of the most photographed buildings in the French Quarter as it holds the U Need A Biscuit Sign on its side. We have completely renovated the building and while doing so we preserved as much of its historical value as possible.
