HISTORIC LOCATION The historic creole mansion known as the French Quarter Mansion was built in 1820 for Christian Rosaleus, the founder of the very prestigious Tulane University School of Law. Today it is one of the most photographed buildings in the French Quarter as it holds the U Need A Biscuit Sign on its side. We have completely renovated the building and while doing so we preserved as much of its historical value as possible. This makes this building special and we hope you enjoy the work that was completed to preserve the space. With all the historical buildings in city centers, we want you to be aware of some items that need more tender loving care. This Airbnb is on the 3rd floor the building does not have an elevator. Many features of this Airbnb are original such as floors, doors, walls, and windows. The brick walls have been painted so there is minimal brick dust that will fall but please be aware if the walls are touched there may be some dust.
