Sunny, bright and airy rooms (2 bedrooms are available for group or family and are never rented separately) with balcony and private bathroom in great neighborhood 4 blocks from the St. Charles streetcar line. 3 blocks to Magazine Street for shopping, restaurants and bars. Just purchased a new luxury memory foam queen sized mattress, base and frame for super comfortable sleep. Should you be a family or a group of friends there is an additional bedroom with one full and one twin bed. Each additional person over 2 people will be $35-$50 each (depending on time of year, weekend etc.) with all the same amenities. Update 11/21/2016 just installed a 40" High Def Samsung Smart TV.
